Piña Colada

A favorite drink of Caribbean cruisers is the Piña Colada. It was invented in 1954 by Ramon "Monchito" Marrero. His goal was to capture all the flavors of Puerto Rico in a glass.
Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz Light or gold rum - Bacardi Gold or Light/ Cruzan
  • 2 oz Coconut milk - Blue Diamond Almond Breeze
  • 2 oz Fresh pineapple juice
Preparation
  1. Place ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend for 15 seconds
  3. Pour into a glass
  4. (Optional) Serve with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry
