Ingredients
  • 1 part Gin
  • 1 part Southern Comfort
  • 1 part Vodka
  • Splash of Orange Juice
  • Splash of Pineapple Juice
  • Splash of Grenadine
Preparation
  1. Mix Southern Comfort, Gin, Vodka, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice in glass with ice
  2. Top with Grenadine

The Tom Collins refreshing gin sour that is an excellent sipper for hot summer days . There are other many “Collins” drinks that vary because of the base liquor but Gin is very tasting!
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (water/syrup)
  • 1/2 oz soda- Sprite/7 Up
Preparation
  1. Pour the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a glass with ice
  2. thoroughly.
  3. Top with soda
  4. (Optional) Garnish with cherry/orange slice

Dry  M  artini

The term dry martini originally described a martini made with white Vermouth, which tends to be drier than other types of Vermouth. Today, ordering a dry martini is another way of asking for less vermouth. Wet martinis have a higher proportion of vermouth to gin.
 Ingredients 
  • 2.5 oz - Beefeater Gin
  • .5 oz Dry vermouth - Dolin/ Martini
  • (Optional) 1 dash Orange bitters
Prep  aration
  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
  2. Stir until very cold and strain into a glass.
  3. (Optional) Garnish with a lemon twist.

Dirty Ma  rtini

Dirty martinis get an extra kick from the addition of olive brine. Adding olive juice brings acidity and salt to a martini. Dirty martinis are also typically served with one or two whole olives in the glass.
 In  gredients 
  • 2.5 oz Gin - Tanqueray/ Bombay Sapphire/ Seagrams Gin
  • .5 oz Dry vermouth
  • .5 oz Olive brine
 Preparation 
  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  2. Stir, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with 3 olives.


Gin & Tonic

Gin & Tonic water was first enjoyed in 1825 when British officers in the Indian Army mixed anti malaria medicine with soda water, sugar, and gin. Instead of drinking the medicine with their troops at dawn, the officers figured out how to enjoy it at cocktail hour.
 Ingredients 
  • 2 oz Gin - Tanqueray/ Seagrams Gin/ Bombay
  • 5 oz Tonic water
  • (Optional) 1 lime wedge

   Preparatio  n   
  1. Pour the gin and the tonic water into a glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Garnish with the lime wedge.

Gi  n & Juice

Gin & Juice was made popular back in the hip hop culture of 1993 and is a delicious and simple drink.
 Ingredients 
  • 2 oz Gin - Seagram's or Tanqueray gin
  • 3 oz Orange juice
  • 2 oz Grapefruit juice
Prep  aration
  1. Pour all ingredients into shaker.
  2. Shake well and pour drink into a glass.
  3. (Optional) Garnish with a slice of lime.
